The company GERPOL, specializing in the production of cutting parts for agriculture, is implementing the project: Transformation of GERPOL Tomasz Remian towards Industry 4.0 within selected areas of activity in the field of digitalization, automation, and robotization.
The project aims to increase the company’s production potential through the digitalization, automation, and robotization of processes in the area of milling, drilling, threading, and turning of metal elements. The implementation of a modern CNC machining center will allow for increased precision and repeatability of processing, expansion of the assortment with irregularly shaped knives, and significant acceleration of the production process.
The company’s contractors, customers, as well as employees and managers at GERPOL will benefit from the project. The realization of the project will contribute to the further development of GERPOL’s innovative and competitive solutions for agriculture and will strengthen the company’s market position.

Project – Development of Export Activities of GERPOL Tomasz Remian
GERPOL, a company specializing in the production of cutting parts for agriculture, rotary blades, harvesting knives, combine harvester knives, straw chopper knives, and corn knives, has received a grant from the European Union for the project “Development of Export Activities of GERPOL Tomasz Remian”.
We are implementing the project to increase GERPOL’s export potential by establishing new contacts and cooperation with companies from new, foreign target markets and promoting export products, i.e., rotary blades, harvesting knives, straw chopper knives, and corn knives through industry events.
For promotional purposes, informational and promotional materials will be prepared, such as leaflets, catalogs, and promotional films, which will include elements promoting the Łódź Voivodeship as a region attractive in terms of economy, investment, and trade.
The company’s contractors, customers, as well as employees and managers at GERPOL will benefit from the project.
The result of the project will be the undertaking of new international cooperation, an increase in GERPOL’s export potential, and the promotion of export products, i.e., rotary blades, harvesting knives, straw chopper knives, and corn knives.
